J. Fuller Homes is a locally owned custom homebuilder with an established reputation for building homes of outstanding quality and impeccable detail. We build homes throughout the Triangle, ranging in value from $900,000 to $1.35 million. Our team has worked together since 2009 – in almost every local municipality. We have recently built in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, Raleigh, Durham, and we have new communities opening soon in Apex and Chatham County.

Our philosophy is blending the science and art of homebuilding. As a licensed Civil Engineer and General Contractor, Jim Anderson has a thorough understanding of what makes a strong foundation and structure. Using the best building products, we regularly build beyond both building code and energy code. We then wrap that sturdy structure in “art” – with façades that respect time-honored architectural traditions, and interiors that flow gracefully from room to room, enhanced with colors and finishes that harmonize beautifully.

It allowed us to form a small, local, and conscientious team, and we learned to care for every customer like they were part of our family. Also, the scarcity of building activity allowed us to begin working immediately with the very best trade partners in the area.
